AUBURN — Police said a Poland man is charged with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl at his home on North Raymond Road.

Henry Cressey Jr., 41, was arrested Tuesday at 981 Minot Ave. in Auburn on charges of gross sexual assault, unlawful sexual contact and sexual abuse of a minor.

William Gagne, chief deputy of the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department, said the department received a complaint Sept. 16 of inappropriate sexual activity at Cressey’s residence.

Gagne said the girl was known to Cressey.
