LEWISTON — The Great Falls Forum on Friday, Feb. 27, will feature a panel discussion titled, “Getting Down to Business: Insights from Local Entrepreneurs.”
The program will take place from noon to 1 p.m. in Callahan Hall at the Lewiston Public Library.
The panel will include a diverse group of Lewiston-Auburn businesspeople, sharing their stories of challenges and success. Presenters will include Safia Hersi of Al-Madina; Luke Livingston of Baxter Brewing Co.; Colby Michaud of Praxis Production Studios; and Kim Jacques of Revelation Massage.
The discussion will be moderated by Darby Ray, director of the Harward Center for Community Partnerships at Bates College. The program will conclude with an audience question-and-answer session.
Admission is free to all Forum events and no reservations are required. Attendees may bring a brown-bag lunch. Coffee, tea and bottled water will be available.
The Great Falls Forum is co-sponsored by the Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce, Bates College, Lewiston Public Library and the Sun Journal.
