LEEDS — Dr. Larry Catlett, founder and medical director of Occupational Medical Consulting, will speak at three business conferences this fall on the subject of achieving behavior change through a workplace wellness program.

Catlett will speak at the New Hampshire Business Review’s Health Care Forum in Concord, N.H., on Oct. 13, at the Wellness Council of Maine’s Workplace Wellness Leadership Symposium at Sunday River also on Oct. 13, and at the Maine Health Management Coalition’s Annual Symposium in Portland on Nov. 10.

Catlett founded OMC 15 years ago to help employers control rising health care and health insurance costs through a comprehensive program of identifying at-risk health behaviors and improving individual employee health.
