Junior hockey notes: Twin City Thunder select 20 players in NCDC draft
The Thunder pick 12 forwards, five defensemen and three goalies. A Maine Nordiques player and a Mainer also were drafted.

Junior hockey notes: Three Maine Nordiques players selected in USHL Phase II Draft
Zion Green and Evan Orloff played for the Nordiques junior team while Owen Benoit played for the 18U academy team. Mainers and UMaine recruits were also selected. Also: The Nordiques and Twin City Thunder signed players for next season.

Twin City Thunder targeting younger players to build upon successful 2021-22
Junior hockey: The majority of the Thunder's NCDC roster this season were 18- and 19-year-olds. Owner and coach Dan Hodge said the team will again try to build next year's squad around that age group.

Twin City Thunder fall to Jr. Bruins in 2OT in Game 3, season comes to an end
Junior hockey: The Thunder take a lead into the third period before the Jr. Bruins rally and force overtime in the NCDC North Division first-round series, then eliminate Twin City in double overtime. Also, the Maine Nordiques fall in overtime and miss out on a weekend sweep.

Twin City Thunder clinch third seed in playoffs with win over South Shore Kings
Junior hockey: Dom Chasse's two goals help the Thunder leapfrog the Kings in the standings and clinch the third seed in the NCDC North playoffs. Twin City will take on the Junior Bruins this weekend in the opening round of the playoffs.
