Kora Shriners unveil statue in Lewiston in honor of world-famous photograph
Kora Shriners unveiled the Silent Messenger statue Saturday afternoon. Bobbi Jo Wright, the little girl depicted in the statue, was in attendance and shared the important work Shriners do throughout North America and the world.

The Shriners do two hospital fundraisers each year and two fundraisers for their organization. Similar to the FEZtival of Trees, the Sportsmen Expo features outdoor-related raffle packages donated by area businesses.

Photo album: FEZtival of Trees in Lewiston returns with limited visits
The Kora Shriners annual FEZtival of Trees at the Kora Temple in Lewiston was not crowded Friday afternoon as it opened to in-person visitors this year after going online-only last year due to COVID-19. To attend this year, tickets must be purchased online at korashriners.org/feztival. Because of the 100 person limit in the facility, Shriners are scheduling blocks of one hour visits. The festival runs until Saturday, Nov. 27.
