Before joining the Press Herald in January 2021, Hannah covered the town of Brunswick for The Times Record. She graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in Journalism, and reported for The Cape Cod Times in Hyannis, Massachusetts, and The Telegraph in Nashua, N.H., before moving back to Maine. Brunswick looking at options to expand outdoor dining this summer
A proposal, still in the early stages, would block a handful of parking spaces on Maine Street, creating a pedestrian walkway that would allow restaurants and retailers to spread out more on the sidewalk and maintain social distancing measures.

Brunswick group home reports 6 cases of COVID-19
Only two clients live in the facility for adults with disabilities, and both tested positive for the illness, as did four staff members. All six people have been quarantined within the home since Thursday, and staff drop off groceries, supplies and personal protective equipment.

Under the current statewide reopening plan, gatherings are limited to 50 people through the end of August. The 2017 air show drew about 35,000 people. Officials will make a decision by July 1 at the latest.

Coronavirus forces Trek Across Maine to go virtual for first time
