Criminal mischief

A vehicle parked at 174 Ash St. had a window broken prior to 1:30 a.m. Dec. 2.

A vehicle parked at 99 Russell St. had a window broken and the hood sprayed with pink paint between Nov. 30 and Dec. 2.

An FX Marcotte delivery truck parked at 132 Lincoln St. had a mirror broken between Nov. 24 and 27.

Attempted robbery

A pedestrian reported that on Nov. 26 at 9:30 p.m. she was approached by a man near Victor News on Park Street who pinned her against a wall and demanded her property. He then searched her and found nothing of value and fled the scene. He is described as a white male, 6 feet to 6 feet, 2 inches tall, 150 to 175 pounds with a thin build wearing a blue puffy parka style jacket and black cloth gloves.

Operating under the influence

Mike Hawk, 40, was charged with operating under the influence on Nov. 27 at 12:20 a.m. at 400 College St.
