Neighborhood gardeners harvested vegetables and built a “living fence” around the garden using raspberry bushes during the Lots to Gardens 12th annual Harvest Celebration. The garden is composed of 20 individual lots that are maintained by neighborhood residents. “I love doing this. Just to see the whole thing come to life after a month is just unbelievable,” said Kirk Jones, who grows 14 vegetables on his 5- by 15-foot plot.
