LEWISTON-AUBURN — Twin Cities Holiday Celebration, 2 to 7:30 p.m. Fun begins in Auburn with free screening of “Polar Express” from 2 to 4 p.m. at the public library; Santa lights the Auburn Christmas tree at 5 p.m. at Festival Plaza; Parade of Lights from Festival Plaza to Kennedy Park in Lewiston; Santa lights the Christmas tree and menorah at 7 p.m.
At 5:15 p.m. Portland Ballet will perform scenes from “The Nutcracker” and teach steps to children at Lewiston Public Library; Dionne Entertainment will play holiday music in Kennedy Park and free horse and wagon rides by Stillbrook Acres.
