NEW GLOUCESTER — OTELCO Inc., a telecommunications provider, announces that Richard Clark has joined the company as its chief operating officer.

Previously, Clark was executive vice president and chief financial officer of TVC Albany Inc., headquartered in Albany, New York.

Clark is a graduate of Husson University in Bangor and lives in Freeport. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a certified public accountant. His office will be in New Gloucester.

OTELCO provides services in Maine, Alabama, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Hampshire, Vermont and West Virginia.
