BATH — The Pastel Society of Maine is currently exhibiting their member show in the Chocolate Church Art Gallery, 804 Washington St. The art show will continue through Oct. 31.

Richard McKinley, president of the International Association of Pastel Societies, master pastelist and Hall of Fame with the Pastel Society of America, juried the show for awards.

The Pastel Society of Maine was established in 1999 and promotes public awareness of pastels and creates a network for local and regional pastel artists. PSME currently has a membership of 95 artists from Maine and across the U.S. and Canada.

Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday; noon to 4 p.m. Friday; and also available by appointment. Call 207-442-8455.
