ATV club plans poker ride

WATERFORD — Pulpit Rock Trail Blazah’s ATV Club will hold a poker ride and barbecue on Saturday, June 16, to benefit Responsible Pet Care.

Kitten Shower and Adoption event

PARIS — Responsible Pet Care of Oxford Hills, 9 Swallow Road, will have a Kitten Shower and Adoption event from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, June 16 and 17. 

It will feature kittens and cats that need to find loving homes.

The shelter can use donations to help care for the influx of kittens received this time of the year.

Donation suggestions include Purina Adult Dry Cat Food, Purina Dry Kitten Chow, canned cat and kitten food, cat toys, baby blankets, 1-yard pieces of fleece, paper towels, laundry soap and hand sanitizer.
