LEWISTON — Summer Fun and Films, hosted by the Lewiston Police Department and The Dolard & Priscilla Gendron Franco Center, wants people to help select the movies that will be shown this year.

The top-five films will be shown Wednesday evenings throughout the summer. The dates and locations:

• June 27 at Simard-Payne Memorial Park.

• July 11 at Pathway New Vineyard Church.

• July 25 at Drouin Field.

• Aug. 7 at Lewiston Middle School field.

• Aug. 22 at Pettingill School Park.

Pre-movie activities will include an animal exhibit from Mr. Drew and His Animals Too, arts and crafts, food trucks and yoga. Free water and popcorn will be provided at each movie.
