AUBURN — Mariah’s Run 5K will be held on Sunday, April 22, at Edward Little High School. The 5K run/walk, being held in memory of Mariah Fulgham Brown, is open to runners and walkers of all ages. Timing for the run is being provided by Back 40 Events.

Preregistration bib pick-up and same day registration will take place from 7 to 8:15 a.m.

The race will get underway at 8:30 a.m. with medal presentation at 10:30 a.m.

The course will be fully marked with volunteers at every turn. The route will leave Edward Little High School, go up Harris Street, cross onto Granite Street, go right on Fern Street, left on Lake Street, right onto Shepley Street, left onto Gamage Avenue, left onto Park Avenue, left onto Court Street, right onto Western Avenue and finish back at the high school.

This is a rain-or-shine event. Refunds will not be granted.

Prizes will be awarded to top male and female finishers and medals will be given to the top two finishers in each age group.

Runners can register online for $25 or on race day at Edward Little High School for $30. Walkers can register online for $20 or on race day for $25. Online registration will close at 8 p.m. Friday, April 20.
