POLAND — Crews are on scene of a gas leak at a home on Hardscrabble Road.
At least three people have been taken to the hospital, according to officials.
Poland’s fire chief says they found two people in the home mostly unresponsive from the gas. A third was found completely unresponsive.
No word on their condition, but Chief Bosse says, “This is the worst case of gas saturation I have ever seen.”
Officials say the home is so polluted they can’t tell where the gas is coming from.
They say their best guess is carbon monoxide.
Poland’s fire chief says they are calling in other jurisdictions to see if they can help narrow down where the gas is coming from.
