LEWISTON — A free family movie, “Curious George,” will be shown at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 22, at The Public Theatre, 31 Maple St., Lewiston. The event is appropriate for kids age 4 and up. Under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. The G-rated movie runs for 87 minutes.

In the animated classic, movie-goers follow the adventures of Curious George, a monkey whose curiosity and enthusiasm often get the better of him. As part of the program, people will also learn a little bit about the curious history of Curious George.
