Emily Grandahl, a senior at Monmouth Academy, signed her National Letter of Intent Thursday to play soccer at Merrimack College, a Division II soccer program in the NorthEast-10 Conference. Emily was a four-year starter at Monmouth Academy, where she helped the Mustangs reach the playoffs four consecutive years, including two appearances in the regional final. She is a two-time All-State selection, as well as first-team All-MVC. She is also a member of the Seacoast United Elite 2000 NPL team, which is ranked No. 1 in Maine, and in the top 150 in the U.S. She intends to study Business Marketing at Merrimack College.
