Low-cost clinic for pets in Brunswick

BRUNSWICK — The Coastal Humane Society will host an animal clinic from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 10, at 190 Pleasant St.

It will offer low-cost rabies vaccinations, microchipping, nail-trimming and ear cleaning.

Horses Across Maine to meet 

OXFORD — Horses Across Maine holds monthly meetings at 6 p.m. on the third Thursday of the month at the American Legion on King Street.

The nonprofit is raising funds for Maine veteran organizations through a 280-mile ride across Maine.

The organization seeks new members, including local equestrian organizations. All are welcome.
