LEWISTON — Carmen B. St. Pierre, 88, of Lewiston, passed away at Central Maine Medical Center on Tuesday, Dec. 5. She was formerly a resident of Clover Manor in Auburn. She was the daughter of Antonio and Blanche Bernier Dumont.
Born in Lewiston on Jan. 24, 1929, she was educated in local schools. She was a graduate of Lewiston High School, Class of ’49. She married her high school sweetheart, Raymond St. Pierre, in 1962. She worked as a teller for several local banks. In her younger years she enjoyed being a member of the Prospect Hill Golf Club; she enjoyed arts and crafts.
She is survived by her sister, Jeannette O’Connell of Lewiston, one niece, Pauline Albert of Oracle, Ariz., and one nephew, Norman Albert of Chantilly, Va.
She was deeply saddened by her husband’s recent death on April 14, 2017. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by her parents.
