A University of New Hampshire Dairy Club member explains the digestive tract on a Holstein cow. The club painted the tract onto the bovine during the Youth Dairy Expo so kids could see what it would look like on the inside of the animal. 

Three 4-H members from Franklin County attended the University of New Hampshire Youth Dairy Expo on Nov. 4 in Durham, New Hampshire. Jason Bagley, center, and Samantha Davis, right, from the Franklin County Dairy Club and Supper on the Table 4-H Club and Amber Leah Smith from the Beef Boosters Club spent a full day of learning. Bagley and Smith won prizes.
