LEWISTON — A panel of local healthcare advocates, providers and specialists will have a conversation on healthcare at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 26, in Lewiston Public Library’s Callahan Hall. Light appetizers and beverages will be provided.
The event, “The Future of Healthcare: A Community Conversation,” is being co-sponsored by AARP Maine and the Lewiston Public Library.
The state of healthcare and its rising costs continue be a major concern for Mainers. Navigating the world of healthcare in America can be overwhelmingly complicated. The community conversation will consider what the future of healthcare in Maine looks like, the challenges and the impacts on local residents.
