ST. ALBANS — Mark D. Dunlop, 60, passed away Thursday, Aug. 3, surrounded by his loved ones. He battled cancer for just a few months before it took his life. He was born Oct. 3, 1956, in Lewiston, a son of William Dexter Dunlop and Patricia Currier Moulton of Greene.

Mark joined the U.S. Coast Guard out of high school and later moved his family to Plymouth. He was a longtime employee at General Electric in Bangor. He had a love of motorcycles, tattoos, family and friends.

Mark is survived by his partner of 20 years, Judy Rezendes of St. Albans; five loving children, Mark of Plymouth, Angelina and husband, Jason Gaudet, of Newport, Patricia Babcock and Katie Dunlop, both of Levant and Christopher Dunlop and wife, Amy Reid, of Belmont. He was “Beeper” (grandfather) to Chelsey Dunlop of Glenburn, Shea-Lee and Spencer Gaudet of Newport, and Dakota St. Louis of Levant. He was a great-grandfather to Treven Gould of Glenburn. Mark was one of seven children: Donna and husband, Richard, Thompson of Chicopee, Mass., Scott Dunlop of Lucedale, Miss., James and wife Kathryn Moulton of Stow, Mass., Todd and wife Ruth Moulton of Readfield; and is survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. He leaves behind his beloved pet, Chloe, who thought the world of him.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, William Dunlop III of Mechanic Falls, and Dexter Dunlop of Greenville, S.C.
