AUBURN — William J. Rogers Post 153, American Legion, 71 South Main St., announces activities for June. Members and guests are welcome.

On Fridays, June 2, 9, 16 and 30, dance to music played by DJ Jean Louis from 7 to 11 p.m.

Saturdays, June 3, 10, 17 and 24, music, karaoke and dance with DJ Jean Louis will take place from 7 to 11 p.m.

The monthly meeting will be held Wednesday, June 21. Members are encouraged to attend. There will be a 50/50 raffle, and members have a chance to win $100, $50 or $25. They must be present to win.

Live ’50s and ’60s music by Legend, with Suzanne Travers, will be offered from 7 to 11 p.m. Friday, June 23.

Summer kick-off will take place with a barbecue from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Friday, June 30. There will be hamburgers, hot dogs, cole slaw and strawberry shortcake, as well as a 50/50 raffle.

Cost will be $8 a person; $4, age 10 and under. Take-out will be available.

Proceeds will benefit the Maine Veterans Homes in South Paris and Togus.
