MECHANIC FALLS — Post 150, American Legion, will serve a bloody Mary breakfast from 9 to 11 a.m. Sunday, March 5, at 41 Elm St.

SABATTUS — The Harry J. Conway Post 135, American Legion, will hold a monthly community breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. Sunday, March 5, at 40 Island Road.

The proceeds from the breakfast support community and veterans programs, Veteran Rehabilitation, National Security, Americanism and Children and Youth.

Future breakfasts will take place on the first Sunday of the month in April, May and June.

Cost: $7 per adult; $3 per child 10 and younger.

GRAY — First Congregational Church of Gray will host a community outreach dinner at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 7.

Reservations are required.

Cost: Free.

WAYNE — The trustees of the Wayne Community Church will serve a community casserole and baked bean supper from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 8, in the Fellowship Hall.

All are welcome, and take out will be available.

Cost: $8 for adults; $5 for children 12 and younger; free for children younger than 5.

PERU — The Rumford Seniors have rescheduled the ice cream social to 1 p.m. Friday, March 10.

Entertainment will be provided by Ross Swain of Andover.

Cost: $3 for members; $4 for nonmembers.

FARMINGTON — Old South First Congregational Church will serve its monthly free community luncheon with ham at noon on Saturday, March 11.

Delivery service will be available in Farmington.

LEWISTON — Calvary United Methodist Church will serve its monthly baked bean supper at 4:45 p.m. Saturday, March 11, in the garden entrance of the church on Bartlett Street.

Cost: $7.50 for adults; $3 for children.

LIVERMORE FALLS — The Emmanuel Assembly of God serves monthly community lunches with soup and salads from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the second Saturday of the month at the American Legion Hall, 17 Reynolds Ave.

The next EAG community lunch will be on March 11.

MEXICO — Mexico Congregational Church, UCC (the “Green Church”), will serve a public roast pork supper with homemade pie at 5 p.m. Saturday, March 11, at 163 Main St.

An auction of whole dessert pies will follow the meal.

Cost: $8 for adults; $3 for children younger than 12.

Takeouts will be available at 5:30 p.m.
