LEWISTON — Dr. Cory St. Denis will address the Central Maine Human Resources Association on Tuesday, Feb. 21, at the Carriage House in Lewiston.
He will share how human resource personnel and business owners can reduce stress in the workplace and help reduce one of the leading causes of workers compensation claims.
This high-energy workshop is designed to bust many myths about how to build and maintain focus, use momentum and brain science to stay on track, and the key secrets to fine-tuning focus. The techniques provided can be applied to small businesses or large corporations.
