PORTLAND – Donna E. Theberge, controller at Ste. Croix Regional Federal Credit Union in Lewiston, recently was awarded the Jeannette G. Morin Award for Outstanding Credit Union Employee at the Maine Credit Union League Convention.

This award honors an outstanding credit union employee who is selected from numerous entries across the state and is nominated by their credit union peers. Theberge has been with Ste. Croix for 10 years, serving as the controller and supervisor of the Finance and Information Systems Department.

Her responsibilities include supervising the Accounting and Computer departments, overseeing the budget process and compliance, and the compilation and production of the credit union’s financial reports. She has participated in many local fund-raising events and has served on boards of local organizations. Donna resides in Lewiston with her husband, Marc.
