DIXFIELD — Discussion of the town’s Code of Ethics policy and the latest wind energy facility ordinance draft are on the agenda for the Board of Selectmen tonight at 5:30 p.m. at Ludden Memorial Library.

The board voted to approve an ethics policy at its Aug. 24 meeting, and later added an addendum detailing what would happen if any member of the board were to violate the rules.

At Monday’s meeting, the board will review the ethics policy, as well as the town’s Public Comment policy.

Other items on the agenda are:

* Election of board chairman and vice chairman;

* Communications improvement request for the Water Department;

* Public Works Department report;

* Determine dates and times for meetings;

* Appointment of reserve police officer Ronald B. Wood;

* Board of Selectmen and town manager appointments;

* Approval of year-end carry-forwards and reserve accounts and;

* Municipal quitclaim deed without covenants to the Oxford Federal Credit Union on 84 Main St.
