AUGUSTA (AP) — Maine Gov. Paul LePage won’t have to travel far for his latest town meeting.

The Republican governor is holding a session Wednesday evening at the Augusta Armory where he’ll provide remarks and take questions from the public.

The governor has been holding forums across the state to take his message directly to the people.

He says his initiatives aim to further reduce the income tax, reform welfare, cut energy costs and address the high student debt burden.
