AUBURN — Skelton Taintor & Abbott attorney Amy Dieterich will speak at the Maine State Bar Association 2016 Summer Bar Conference on June 22–24 in Bar Harbor.

A skilled litigator, she will share her insights at the session titled “The Art and Ethics of Witness Preparation,” discussing strategies for effectively preparing clients to testify at depositions before federal and state government agencies and at trial.

Dieterich, who joined Skelton Taintor & Abbott in 2014 after practicing as a litigator at several prominent firms in New York City, is also one of the program committee chairs for the Women’s Law Section of the Maine State Bar Association. Dieterich’s practice areas include commercial litigation, health care and hospital law, employment law and labor law.
