FARMINGTON — Franklin County commissioners will begin reviewing budget requests for 2016-17 Tuesday, April 19, and Wednesday, April 20, at the courthouse.
Discussion is scheduled to begin at noon Tuesday and at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
Scheduled for Tuesday’s review are SeniorsPlus, Greater Franklin Development Council, Adult Basic Education, Franklin County Children’s Task Force and Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice.
Also scheduled are Registry of Deeds, Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Services, University of Maine Cooperative Extension, Franklin County Soil & Water Conservation District, Western Maine Transportation Services and Tri-County Mental Health Services.
Proposals to be reviewed Wednesday are Western Maine Community Action, Register of Probate, Emergency Management Agency, Technical Services, Detention Center and Sheriff’s Office.
Also being discussed are budget requests for treasurer, debt services, communications, District Attorney’s Office, commissioners, courthouse and insurance.
