FAYETTE — Mr. and Mrs. Dan Brown of Fayette are pleased to announcement the engagement of their daughter, Kayla Rae Brown, to Daniel James Tibbetts Jr. of Chesterville, son of Dan and Darcy Tibbetts of Chesterville.

Miss Brown is a 2008 graduate of Maranacook Community High School in Readfield and a 2012 graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. She is currently employed at North Elementary School as a pre-kindergarten teacher.

Mr. Tibbetts is a 2004 graduate of Mt. Blue High School and is currently employed by Castonguay Logging and Excavation in Livermore Falls.

A rustic wedding will take place on July 16 in Chesterville.
