Modern science has created many miracle drugs for the treatment of many human conditions, such as depression, heart and lung problems, kidney and liver diseases, to list a few.

While those new drugs offer the promise of healing and health, the possible side effects seem unhealthy.

Some of the possible complications associated with some medical marvels include hair loss, ulcers in the mouth, seizures, bone thinning, thyroid tumors, kidney failure, pancreatitis and angioedema that may cause trouble breathing and death.

Just reading about all those possible side effects has given me a headache. I think I need an aspirin.
