DIXFIELD — The Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing for the Dixfield American Legion during its Monday, Feb. 22, meeting.
The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. in the downstairs room of Ludden Memorial Library.
At the start of the meeting, the Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on whether to consider approving a Bureau of Alcoholic Beverages Bottle Club Registration Application for the Dixfield American Legion.
Other items on the agenda are:
* Reports from the police and water departments;
* Oxford County Sheriff’s Office annual report of local law enforcement performance and assistance;
* Congratulatory letter to the town of Weld, which is celebrating its bicentennial;
* 2016 Dixfield Spirit of America Tribute;
* Accepting $50 donation for Dixfield’s cats from a Peaks Island resident.
