1925 – 2015

AUBURN — Lucille R. Peach-Favreau, 90, of 440 Minot Ave., Auburn, died on Saturday morning, Dec. 19, at Clover Manor Health Care Facility, following a long illness.

She was born in Lewiston on July 28, 1925, the daughter of the late Ralf and Eva (Ouellette) Paradis and had been a resident of this community all of her life.

She was educated in Lewiston schools and attended Edward Little High School.

She was employed in the local shoe industry for many years until her retirement.

She married Clarence Peach in 1949, and he died in 1975. Then she married Stollan “Stan” Favreau in 1995; he died in 2001.

Lucille loved to travel with her husband, Stan. She also enjoyed her time with her family and friends at her camp at Taylor Pond in Auburn.

She was a very proud woman who raised five children.

She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Peach-Foster and her husband, George, of Oxford, and Gazell Peach-Crooker of Poland; two sons, Bertrand Morin of South Paris and Donald Morin of Otisfield; four grandchildren, Angie Crooker-Seeley, Marshall Foster, Jake Foster and Matthew Morin; two great grandchildren, Aura and Corbin Foster; and one brother, Robert Paradis of Auburn.

She was predeceased by a son, Fernand Morin; and by a granddaughter, Amy A. Crooker, who passed away this past week.
