* Amber Nickerson, 35, of 254 Webster Corner Road, Sabattus, arrested by Maine State Police on a charge of driving while intoxicated, 1:04 a.m. Wednesday on Center Street, Auburn.

* Charles Brewster, 56, of 10 Dennison Way, Livermore, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of domestic criminal threatening and on a probation hold, 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at 298 Saunders Road, Livermore Falls.

* Chad N. Tremblay, 23, of Turner, lost control of his car and struck an electronic sign at 10:15 p.m. Saturday at Val’s Drive-In at 925 Sabattus St. According to a police report, Tremblay admitted that he was texting when he lost control of his car. His 2000 Volkswagen was towed.
