LISBON — A man was killed when his motorcycle went off the road and into a pole along Ridge Road in Lisbon at about 6:30 p.m. Friday.

Police Sgt. Harry Moore said the identity of the victim was not being released until next of kin could be notified.

Police were still investigating the cause of the accident late Friday night. The driver was not wearing a helmet and was pronounced dead at the scene.
