OXFORD — Dave A. Howe, 66, died at home on Sunday, June 21, from ALS.
He was born in Rumford on May 29, 1949, the son of Charles R. and Lois M. McInnis Howe of Bryant Pond. Dave went to Woodstock High School, graduating in the Class of 1967. He served in the U.S. Army.
Dave worked 30 years at Robinson Manufacturing in Oxford. His last job was with Hancock Lumber Mill in Casco. Dave worked hard all of his life.
He loved the outdoors, riding his motorcycle and cutting wood for his wood pile for winter.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Lenna J. Jackson Howe; two daughters, Siiri Gott and husband, Kevin, and Sonja Priola and husband, Brian; five grandchildren, Payson, Samantha, Madeline, Ian and Fiona; a sister, Janis; and two brothers, Paul and Scot Howe.
