* Elsa Konopka, 23, of 157 Pine St., Lewiston, failure to stop for police, operating without a license, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 12:56 a.m. Sunday on Center Street, Auburn, by Maine State Police.

* Christina Edmonds, 34, of 10 Bunkhouse Road, Livermore, warrants, 4:45 p.m. Sunday at same address by Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department.
