Man-made global warming is not settled science. I believe it is a hoax, perpetuated by scientists who get millions of taxpayers’ dollars in grants to promote that hoax.

I have heard evidence that the Earth has shown no warming during the past 18 years, and global temperature changes have not been tied to any man-made causes. In the long history of the Earth, there have been seas hundreds of feet higher than now and glaciers covering almost all of North America.

Climate does change. It always has and always will. It is a natural phenomenon of this planet.

John Coleman, founder of the Weather Channel, was quoted as saying “The ocean is not rising significantly, the ice cap is increasing and the polar bears are increasing in numbers.” He went on to say “I have studied this topic seriously for years. It has become a political and environmental agenda item, but the science is not valid.”

I agree.

As I write this letter, the temperature outside is minus 14 degrees, but I am told by the government experts that humans are responsible for the catastrophic warming of the Earth. That political theory is needed so that governments can take control of people’s lives in areas such as population, food, energy, manufacturing and income redistribution.

People can and should act as individuals to help the environment. But I am skeptical and do not trust the government’s paid scientists.
