STONEHAM — The Daughters of Union Veterans of the Civil War, Hannah F. Richardson Tent 19 of Stoneham, held their last meeting of the year on Nov. 5 at the home of Marilyn Jones in Norway.

Elsie Bonney, Department of Maine DUVCW president, and Vicky Myers, Department of Maine DUVCW junior vice-president, were guests.

Second nominations of officers was held.

New member Carlene Gavin was initiated. She received a gift by president Bonney.

Mystery prize went to Mary Jones.

Secretary Brenda Woods was unable to be at the meeting due to illness. Barbara Robinson was secretary pro-tem.

Dayle Burnell, senior vice-president, was in California welcoming a new grandson. Vicky Myers was senior vice president pro-tem.

Elsie Bonney was guide pro-tem.

The tent is in recess until Feb. 25 when the meeting will be at the same location.
