ESTES PARK, Colo. – The wedding of Julie Tunnicliff and Jesse Daniel Hobart was held at 4 p.m. on June 28 at Black Canyon Inn. Jason Pelletier officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Hobart is the daughter of Godfrey and Sally Tunnicliff of Evansville, Ind. Mr. Hobart is the son of Bruce and Ann Hobart of Mechanic Falls.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a diamond white strapless gown with A-line skirt, lattice tie down the back and Cathedral train. She carried a bouquet of purple and yellow flowers including Calla lilies, hydrangea and Gerber daisies.
Jennifer Moore attended as matron of honor for her sister and bridesmaids were Gwynn Hurshman and Stephanie Wilroy, college friends, and April Hobart, sister of the bridegroom. Sarah and Regan Kibby, nieces, were flower girls.
Serving as best man for his brother was Colby Hobart and ushers were Todd Crossley and Tim Bisson, high school friends of the bridegroom, and Jon Hanson, college friend of the bridegroom.
A reception followed at the Black Canyon Inn, after which the couple traveled to St. Lucia. They are residing in Conifer, Colo.
The bride is a 1994 graduate of DePauw University with a bachelor’s degree and a 2000 graduate of the University of California at Irving with a master’s degree. She is employed as director of marketing at MBT International.
The bridegroom is a 1994 graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a bachelor’s degree. He is employed as senior engineer at XEL Communications.
