Actor Patrick Dempsey will lead Saturday’s Survivor Walk with his family and on Sunday will ride with other cyclists in the 50-mile trek.

He will also appear in public a number of times throughout the weekend. Catch him at:

* First day opening ceremonies, 7 a.m. Saturday at the starting stage at Simard-Payne Memorial Park, 46 Beech St., Lewiston

* Survivor Walk, 10 a.m. Saturday at Simard-Payne Memorial Park, 46 Beech St., Lewiston

* “Thank You,” 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the entertainment stage at Simard-Payne Memorial Park, 46 Beech St., Lewiston

* Second day opening ceremonies, 6:45 a.m. Sunday at the entertainment stage at Simard-Payne Memorial Park, 46 Beech St., Lewiston. Dempsey will then take off for the 50-mile ride.

* Closing ceremonies, 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the entertainment stage at Simard-Payne Memorial Park, 46 Beech St., Lewiston

11 a.m. — Auburn Firefighters Local 797 Kids’ Fun Run, start stage at Simard-Payne Memorial Park, 46 Beech St., Lewiston

6:45 a.m. — Opening ceremonies led by Patrick Dempsey

7:30 a.m. — Cycling Ride, cyclists released in waves: 100, 70, 50, 25 and 10 miles

8 a.m. to 5 p.m. — Festival in the Park

10:30 a.m. to noon — Performance by The Dapper Gents

12:15 to 1:30 p.m. — Performance by The Awesome (’80s Band)

2 to 3:15 p.m. — Performance by The Rustic Overtones

Saturday

— The Bernard Lown Peace Bridge will be closed from 7:45 to 9:30 a.m. for the 5K & 10K runs.

Sunday

— The Bernard Lown Peace Bridge will be closed from 7:30 to 8 a.m.

— Mill Street from Broad Street to Riverside Drive will be closed 7:30 to 8 a.m.

— South Main Street from Mill Street to Broad Street will be closed from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
