“Oxford Federal Credit Union is always looking for ways that we can support and be involved in the communities that we serve. Credit Unions are all about giving back,” said Kim Davis, marketing director at OFCU.
“We were very excited to have Oxford Federal Credit Union reach out to us to help promote Main Street in Norway. This event is a great opportunity for people to enjoy their town. These days everyone is so busy, spending some time outside on a summer evening listening to music is a great time to catch up,” said Andrea Burns, president of the Norway Downtown board.
Everyone is encouraged to take a stroll down Main Street, before or after the concert, to check out the variety of shops downtown Norway has to offer.
A Cash Mob will also take place on Friday, Aug. 1. Shoppers will meet at the Norway municipal lot, behind the Fare Share Market at 6 p.m., and shop somewhere on Main Street; the location is not revealed until that evening.
