Traffic on Route 108 was limited to one lane on Wednesday while a Maine Department of Transportation crew conducted its annual bridge safety inspection of the Morse Bridge over the Androscoggin River in Rumford, Norman Haggan, MDOT regional manager in Dixfield, said. The crew was using a crane from McClain & Co. Inc. Underbridge Services of Fredericksburg, Va., to get them underneath the bridge.
