RUMFORD — Graveside services for Earl E. Milligan were conducted Saturday, June 14, at West Ellis Cemetery in Rumford, with the Rev. Jane C. Rich officiating. Military honors were provided by the Maine Military Honors Program of Augusta.

Arrangements were under the direction of Meader and Son Funeral Home, Rumford.
