SALEM, N.H. (AP) — The New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine State Police are going to discuss traffic patrols going on in the three states over Memorial Day weekend.

A news conference is scheduled at 11 a.m. Thursday in Salem, New Hampshire, at the northbound rest area on Interstate 93.

State police are discussing high-visibility patrols on Interstate 93 from Interstate 495 in Massachusetts to the Hooksett Tolls in New Hampshire and Interstate 95 from Danvers, Massachusetts, to the Maine border.

The New Hampshire State Police says it will be adding patrols, using laser, radar, motorcycles, aircraft as well as conventional patrols.
