OXFORD — Announcement is made of the engagement of Felicia Record and Mike Parrott, both of Oxford.

Miss Record is the daughter of Fawn Burhoe of South Paris. She is a 2011 graduate of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School and is currently attending Thomas College in Waterville. She is employed at Market Square Restaurant.

Mr. Parrott is the son of Charles and Jane Parrott of Harrison. He is a 2006 graduate of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School and is currently employed by the town of Oxford.

The wedding is planned for Oct. 4 in Hebron.
