LEWISTON — Steve and Denise Garcia of Rumford are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Brianna Garcia of Lewiston, to Joseph Pepin of Lewiston, son of Mark Pepin of Lewiston and Arlene P. McConnell of Topsham.

Miss Garcia is a 2006 graduate of Mountain Valley High School and is employed at Central Maine Heart and Vascular Institute.

Mr. Pepin is a 2003 graduate of Lewiston High School and is employed at Hannaford.

The couple is planning a Sept. 27 wedding at their home.
