Season outlook: The boys have been second to Falmouth in the Class A competition the past two years. Doiron was a top-15 performer in both state races. In terms of individual success, Wade is the skier to watch. She is the reigning Class A freestyle champion and posted a top-five result at the Eastern High School Championships. The influx of first-year skiers on both sides should keep the Cougars in their customary place among the state’s elite for the foreseeable future.
