Lodge awards scholarships

Acacia Masonic Lodge 121 of Durham has announce the winners of two $500 scholarships. One went to Katherine M. West of Durham and the other to Brooke E. Peaslee of Durham/Cumberland. West is a graduate of Brunswick High School and she will attend Simmons College in Boston, majoring in biology. Peaslee is a graduate of Greely High School and she will attend Southern Maine Community College in the fall. She will study liberal arts. The top photo shows, from left, John A.
